# Apps (/docs/apps)

Focused tools built by the Solaris AI team on top of the workflow engine. Fill in a form; the app runs from your wallet on Solaris AI keys.

Apps are the fastest way to get a result out of Solaris AI Flow without building a workflow yourself. Each app is a short form over a workflow the Solaris AI team wrote, tested, and locked. You choose the inputs, press **Start** (or **Run**), and the app does the rest on a schedule or on demand.

Open **Apps** in the dashboard sidebar (or press **G** then **A**).

What an app is [#what-an-app-is]

* **A workflow underneath.** Every app you start becomes a real workflow on your account. You can open it on the canvas at any time, read every node, and see every run in Executions. Nothing is hidden.
* **Solaris AI keys.** Apps run their data and trading calls (Jupiter, market data, AI) on keys the Solaris AI team provides. The two exceptions are messaging destinations: reporting to Telegram or Discord uses your own connection from Connections, because a bot or webhook is yours. Trading apps also need your Solaris AI wallet.
* **Your wallet, your funds.** Trading apps swap from your own embedded wallet, one order at a time, after you authorize Solaris AI as a signer once. Nothing is deposited anywhere. The only transfer out besides the swap itself is the per-order platform fee, sent to the Solaris AI treasury after each order fills; an order that never fills pays no fee.
* **Locked graph.** An app keeps trading only while its workflow is exactly the graph the team approved. If you edit it on the canvas it stays an app instance but is marked customized: it stops trading and stops using Solaris AI keys until you restore the stock graph from **Manage**. If you want to keep your edits as a regular workflow, use **Keep a copy in Workflows** in that dialog; the copy is a normal workflow that counts toward your workflow limit.

Consoles and tools [#consoles-and-tools]

A **console** runs on a schedule and shows a live panel (progress, next order, run history). The [DCA app](/docs/apps/dca) is a console. A **tool** runs once per press and shows its result. A **workspace** is installed once and opens its own screen: [StonkFun Studio](/docs/apps/stonkfun-studio) and [FOMO Terminal](/docs/apps/fomo-terminal) are workspaces.

Managing an app [#managing-an-app]

From the app page, **Manage** offers:

| Action | What it does |
| ---------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Open on canvas | Opens the underlying workflow in the editor. Editing it turns off trading and platform keys for that instance. |
| Apply update / Restore stock graph | Rebuilds the workflow from the current app definition with your saved settings. |
| Stop | No new orders run. Anything already broadcast still settles. |
| Remove app | Deletes the instance and its workflow; past runs age out under the normal run retention. Refused while an order is still settling. |

The **Schedule** switch pauses and resumes a console without stopping it. **Settings** lets you change inputs; changes that alter what the plan is (tokens, allocation, order count) start a new plan from order 1, and everything else keeps your progress.

Cost [#cost]

Trading apps charge the standard Solaris AI swap fee per order (0.4% of the order's spend amount, less with SOLARIS holdings) and no run credits: a tick that fills nothing costs nothing. Other apps cost the usual base run credits per run. The fee is collected from your wallet only after the order fills, so an order that never fills pays no fee. Solana network fees for any swap that was broadcast (and, on venues that collect the fee in a separate transfer, for that transfer) are paid by your wallet and are not refundable; they are a fraction of a cent per transaction.
