Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Solaris AI Flow, including the website, dashboard, workflow builder, marketplace, integrations, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Solaris AI Flow is a wallet-first Web3 automation platform made available by independent contributors, rather than a service operated by a single incorporated entity. The Service is designed to be non-custodial, to minimize personal information, and to let users control their own wallets, workflows, credentials, and connected integrations. References in these Terms to “Solaris AI Flow,” “we,” “us,” or “our” are used for convenience to describe the Service and the people involved in developing, operating, hosting, supporting, or otherwise contributing to it (collectively, the “Protected Parties”).

Scope

This page covers account use, workflows, marketplace activity, payments, third-party integrations, liability, and dispute handling.

01

Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms when you create an account, connect a wallet, purchase or publish a workflow, click to accept these Terms where shown, or otherwise access or use the Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

02

The Service

  • Independent platform: Solaris AI Flow is a wallet-first Web3 automation platform made available by independent contributors rather than a service operated by a single incorporated entity. The Service is non-custodial and is not backed by a traditional corporate operator, formal support organization, or enterprise data-processing counterparty.
  • Purpose: Solaris AI Flow lets you create, configure, execute, monitor, and share AI-powered workflows, including workflows that interact with external APIs, messaging tools, data providers, and blockchain-related services.
  • Marketplace: The Service may allow users to publish, sell, or purchase workflows, templates, or other automation assets.
  • Integrations: The Service may connect to third-party services, including AI model providers, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, exchanges, data providers, and messaging platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
  • Role of Solaris AI Flow: Solaris AI Flow is a software provider. We are not your broker, dealer, exchange, financial advisor, fiduciary, agent, or custodian, and these Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and us.
  • Beta and changes: Features may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features at any time. Some features may be labeled beta, preview, or experimental and may be less reliable.
03

Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
  • The Service uses wallet-based authentication and does not require you to provide your real name or other personal identification. Any information you choose to attach to your account through the auth provider (for example, an email address) should be accurate to the extent you want the Service to function for you.
  • You are responsible for securing your account, devices, wallets, API keys, and other access credentials.
  • Actions taken through your account, connected wallets, or linked sessions are deemed authorized by you unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
04

Workflows, Content, and Licenses

  • Your content: You may submit workflows, prompts, configurations, documents, data, credentials metadata, marketplace listings, and other materials through the Service (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content.
  • What we do not access: Solaris AI Flow is non-custodial and credential-minimal. We do not access your wallet private keys or seed phrases, and we cannot read the raw value of API keys, webhook secrets, or other credentials you attach to a workflow once they are stored. Secrets are encrypted and only decrypted in-memory at the moment a workflow you triggered needs them to call the third-party service you configured. The only Content we process is what you explicitly submit, paste, connect, or generate through the Service.
  • License to operate the Service: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, store, and use Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service, including workflow execution and marketplace functionality you enable. This license is limited to operating the Service for you, it does not let us sell Your Content, use it to train foundation models, or share it beyond what your workflow configuration requires.
  • Outputs: As between you and Solaris AI Flow, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the outputs generated by the Service based on Your Content. You understand that AI- generated content may not be unique and may not be eligible for copyright or similar protection in some jurisdictions.
  • Your responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing workflows and outputs before relying on them. Automated actions initiated by your workflows are considered actions taken at your direction.
  • Prohibited content: You must not use the Service to process content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, deceptive, privacy-violating, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.
05

Acceptable Use

You will not:

  • misuse, overload, or interfere with the Service;
  • attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
  • use the Service to distribute malware, spam, phishing, or harmful code;
  • violate laws, sanctions rules, platform policies, or third-party rights;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or copy significant parts of the Service except as allowed by law;
  • use the Service for fraud, unlawful financial activity, or deceptive automation;
  • use the Service for high-risk activities without appropriate human review and oversight, including medical, legal, employment, credit, insurance, critical infrastructure, or autonomous financial decision-making;
  • publish or sell workflows you do not have the right to publish or sell.

We may remove content, disable workflows or listings, or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, fraud, legal exposure, or a violation of these Terms.

06

Third-Party Services, Wallets, and APIs

  • The Service depends in part on third-party infrastructure and integrations. We do not control or guarantee their availability, pricing, uptime, outputs, or policies.
  • AI responses, blockchain data, market data, API responses, and other third-party outputs may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your use case.
  • Wallet transactions are initiated by you. On-chain transactions are public and generally irreversible.
  • Solaris AI Flow does not take custody of your digital assets, private keys, or seed phrases. We cannot recover lost funds, restore compromised wallets, or reverse completed transactions.
  • You are responsible for wallet security, private keys, token approvals, transaction confirmation, API permissions, and third-party account scopes.
07

Marketplace, Pricing, and Payments

  • Some features of the Service may be paid, including subscriptions, premium functionality, usage-based billing, or marketplace transactions.
  • Prices, fees, supported currencies or tokens, and feature access may change over time.
  • Unless we state otherwise, payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • If you buy, sell, or list workflows in the marketplace, you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with those listings and transactions.
  • Solaris AI Flow does not vet, endorse, guarantee, or warrant the safety, accuracy, legality, performance, or fitness of user-published workflows or listings. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, marketplace transactions are between the buyer and seller.
  • You are responsible for taxes, network fees, gas fees, duties, and other charges associated with your use of paid features or marketplace activity.
08

Security and Credentials

  • We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the Service, but no system is perfectly secure.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your secrets, API keys, wallet credentials, webhook secrets, and access tokens.
  • You should use minimum-necessary permissions for connected services and rotate credentials if you suspect compromise.
  • You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, or abuse involving your account or workflows.
09

Intellectual Property and Feedback

  • The Service, software, branding, interfaces, and materials we provide, excluding Your Content, are owned by Solaris AI or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
  • If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
10

Suspension and Termination

  • These Terms remain in effect until terminated.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time.
  • Data controls: You can delete workflows, clear execution history, remove stored credentials, and manage marketplace listings from the dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security issues, legal risk, or to prevent harm to the Service or others.
  • Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.
11

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WORKFLOWS, AUTOMATIONS, MODEL OUTPUTS, AND THIRD-PARTY DATA MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, DELAYED, OR UNSUITABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Solaris AI Flow does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions before relying on them.

Artificial intelligence models and automated workflows may produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unpredictable outputs. If you configure the Service to trigger actions, including blockchain transactions, based on AI-generated or automated outputs, you assume all resulting risk, including financial loss.

12

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR THE PROTECTED PARTIES ARE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) US$100.

Where applicable law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

13

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us and the Protected Parties from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • your use of the Service;
  • Your Content, workflows, listings, or outputs;
  • your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or
  • your infringement of any third-party rights.
14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by updating this page, showing notice in the Service, or sending email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15

Dispute Handling

If you have a dispute, question, or complaint about the Service, please contact us first and provide enough detail for us to investigate. We will try to resolve issues in good faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any formal dispute relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.

Unless and until Solaris AI Flow publishes a more specific dispute resolution framework, including any governing law, venue, or arbitration rules, unresolved disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction.
